Use cases

Make strength part of the conversation.

Weight change is only one part of the picture. Your ability to move, train and recover deserves attention too.

Have a training goal in mind?

Request a guided session

Start here. EMS means electrical muscle stimulation: pads in a suit deliver controlled pulses while you move with a trainer. Suitability and the wider training plan still matter.

01

Look beyond the number on the scale

A weight-loss plan may involve nutrition, activity and medical care. Resistance exercise can be relevant to maintaining strength; individual results depend on the complete plan.

02

Where EMS might fit

A screened, guided EMS session may be an exercise option. It is not a stand-alone weight-loss treatment, and we do not promise fat loss or a particular calorie burn.

03

If you take GLP-1 medication

Tell your treating clinician about your intended exercise. Medication, food intake, hydration and symptoms may affect how you feel during training. KSL does not prescribe or manage medication.

04

Start with your context

We will ask about your exercise background and relevant health information. Bring any advice or restrictions from the clinician overseeing your care.

Beyond body weight

Three conversations.
One complete plan.

Your clinician

Medication, symptoms and medical care.

Your nutrition professional

Appropriate intake for your circumstances.

Your trainer

Exercise, strength and response.

Taking a GLP-1 medication?

Tell your treating clinician about your exercise plans. Appetite changes, hydration and symptoms can affect your training experience. EMS does not replace medication advice or nutrition support.
