Use cases

Train for more than the session.

For people who want strength work to support an active life, on the course and beyond.

Have a training goal in mind?

Request a guided session

Start here. EMS means electrical muscle stimulation: pads in a suit deliver controlled pulses while you move with a trainer. Suitability and the wider training plan still matter.

01

Start with the demands of your activity

Golf involves repeated rotation, balance and sustained time on your feet. A useful conditioning plan considers your activity, current capacity and any discomfort.

02

EMS is one part of conditioning

Guided EMS may sit alongside conventional resistance work. It does not replace golf coaching, sport practice or a broader conditioning programme.

03

Keep performance expectations grounded

We do not claim a guaranteed increase in swing speed, distance or sporting performance. Those outcomes need specific measurement and evidence.

04

Bring your existing plan

If you already work with a coach or clinician, share their recommendations so we can discuss where a session may fit.

Stabilise

Will EMS improve my swing?

We do not promise a change in swing speed or distance. Golf skill, technique and fitness are different parts of performance. Keep working with your coach and judge specific outcomes with suitable measurements.
