Guided training with XBody equipment and software.
The KSL system
Our proposed system connects personal EMS hardware, programmes, an app and an always-on assistant. One training experience, with human guidance in the loop.

Talk about a partnership01 / The hardware
Our vision starts with a personal EMS suit.
Fit, comfort, electrode contact, dependable stimulation and repeatable setup are engineering questions. They need testing, not just a convincing product image. KSL’s proprietary suit is in idea and design; current sessions use XBody equipment.

Inside the suit

Electrode contacts sit inside the suit against the skin. A controller sends timed pulses through them.
Contact points can cover the chest, back, arms, sides and thighs. They have to fit consistently during movement. In a future personal suit, that means garment fit, electrical control, cleaning and dependable setup all have to be engineered together.
02 / The training
Know what you are doing, why you are doing it and what comes next.
The intended programme experience connects selected movements, understandable instructions and a review of how the session felt. It should support a routine rather than encourage stimulation intensity for its own sake.
03 / The app
A home for the plan, the session and the check-in.
The proposed KSL app would organise training and relevant feedback. A future hardware connection would need validated integration and appropriate safety measures. The screens here are interface concepts, not a live app.
How did training feel?
Comfortable · Challenging · Discuss04 / The assistant
Help with the practical questions that sit around training.
Our assistant vision includes finding a planned session, explaining programme instructions and helping organise feedback for a trainer. Always-on describes an availability ambition—not continuous medical monitoring or autonomous EMS control.
