Use cases

A considered way back into a routine.

You do not need to arrive already fit. You do need a starting point that makes sense for you.

Have a training goal in mind?

Request a guided session

Start here. EMS means electrical muscle stimulation: pads in a suit deliver controlled pulses while you move with a trainer. Suitability and the wider training plan still matter.

01

Begin with a conversation

Tell us why training stopped, what you enjoyed and what feels difficult now. A sustainable routine starts with realistic expectations.

02

Keep the first session introductory

First exposure to EMS should be conservative and closely supervised. Familiarisation and response matter more than chasing intensity.

03

Returning after injury is different

A training service is not a substitute for rehabilitation. If injury, surgery or illness prompted the break, obtain relevant clinical advice first.

04

Leave with a next step

Discuss recovery, how you felt and whether another session is appropriate. Consistency should be built gradually.

A first step you can understand

Start small.
Learn how you respond.

Before

Discuss what stopped your routine.

During

Prioritise a conservative introduction.

After

Review how you felt and recovered.

Get advice about your return from a qualified clinician. A guided fitness session does not replace rehabilitation or clinical assessment.
